The majority of our business is focussed on providing high quality gas central heating solutions to our domestic customers. Going above and beyond the call of duty we strive to ensure that the solutions we offer meet your exact needs. Instead of bombarding you with jargon, our surveyors will ensure that you fully understand why we have made specific recommendations by not only understanding your requirements but by making sure you fully understand how the system will work for you.

As well as our standard service we also offer an out of hours service, keeping you rest assured that, should there be an emergency, we have qualified engineers on hand.

What happens following your call to UK Gas Services?

It’s simple really. It usually works something like this:
  • We will arrange for one of our highly qualified surveyors to visit you at your property at a date and time convenient to you, to provide a free no-obligation quote
  • We will discuss you requirements and carry out a comprehensive survey of your property
  • We will answer any questions or concerns you have and suggest the best solution to your needs, bearing in mind the size of your family and the property, and your lifestyle requirements
  • We will explain in detail how we will carry out the work
  • We will submit a written quotation for your approval
  • On approval of our quote we will arrange with you a convenient date and time for the installation
  • On completion of the work we will ask you to complete a ‘customer satisfaction’ sheet
  • We will register your boiler with ‘Gas Safe’
  • We will give you a 5 year guarantee on your new boiler and 10 years on any new radiators
  • On an annual basis we will contact you to remind you that you boiler should be serviced and carry out a boiler safety check.
